Well, here at Swig from Tony Bilancini and Jim Hodulik, chefs grind, season, smoke and cook sausage, franks, bacon, ham and a plethora of 'delectables' daily because they too love beer and fine morsels. 

Swig is a laid back place devoted to the different. (Try our Reversed Hot Wings, drenched in ranch and served with a side of hot sauce or our chocolate covered bacon sundae.) The large selection of beers on tap, constantly switched out for new delights, are referred to as “musical taps.” Aside from the excellent selection of beers Swig offers something that most places around here do not: a real Chicago Dog. With indoor and outdoor seating available, Swig is the new standard for inexpensive, neighborhood dining.
